The Cambridge MBA is CJBS's flagship programme, combining academic excellence with real-world relevance. Attracting a diverse cohort of experienced professionals, the MBA offers a one-year, full-time, tailored academic experience that blends rigorous teaching with personalised careers support and alumni engagement.
We are seeking an Executive Director to oversee the delivery of the Cambridge MBA, driving strategic vision, operational excellence, and continuous innovation. This pivotal role will shape the MBA's global reputation through:
- Strategic leadership: Develop and refine programme strategy, monitor market trends, and ensure competitiveness and relevance.
- Performance and quality assurance: Set KPIs, oversee delivery standards, and champion best practices for an exceptional student experience.
- Team and resource management: Lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and optimise resources for impact and value.
- Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships across the University, alumni, corporate partners, and international business schools.
- Change and innovation: Anticipate market shifts, drive change initiatives, and leverage data for continuous improvement.
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic leader with experience managing complex operations and delivering high-quality programmes in global, fast-paced environments. You will have a proven track record in team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and financial management, coupled with strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions. Exceptional communication, project management expertise, and cultural agility are essential, alongside proficiency in key digital tools. This role demands a solution-oriented mindset, commitment to diversity, and the ability to navigate institutional governance with confidence.
