Task: Process control and optimization and proposal and study of improving practice and investments needed for 2.2-million ton/year Meltshop (4 electric arc furnaces, 3 ladle metallurgical furnaces and 3 continuous casting machines and supporting logistics and refractories.
Metallurgical Operation Engineer, Electric Arc Furnace & Ladle Furnace (EAF & LF) Jul 2009 - Jul 2016
Scope: 4 EAFs+ 3 LFs, Annual production of 2.2 Million ton of steel (DRI- based).
Task: Operation and on-line quality control, technical training & upgrading of technicians, budget, business plan & investment preparation and implementation of TQM systems.
