Summary
After completing computer engineer bachelor degree, I worked as a system administrator in private&public hospitals for 4 years. My master thesis was about question answering system on Pubmed in medical informatics master program. I worked as a software developer in a software company at R&D center. Now I am a HPC system administrator of Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center, also a PhD candidate of computer engineering with bioinformatics thematic field. My PhD thesis topic is Clustering of scRNA-seq transcriptomic expression data.

Also responsible of extending the cluster for handling the increasing need for computational resources.
