About
Summary
Accumulated 25 years of solid work experience (13 in Canada) as an engineer performing design, design coordination and quality control of multidisciplinary mega and medium size projects including airports, highways, roads, heavy-loaded industrial roads (HAUL roads).
Mastering four languages, including French and English.
Performing aircrafts performances calculation for runways' design purposes..
Designing runways based on my own risk theory and other norms approaches such as FAA and ICAO.
Have been working as project manager & senior design engineer for many companies including EXP, GHD and AECOM Canada. Holding Phd.C, two master's degrees in addition to a high education diploma,PhD,C in Airports' design , a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Belarusian Polytechnic Academy , a Master’s Degree in Building Science from Concordia University and University Graduate Diploma in Infrastructure Rehabilitation & Reconstruction from ÉTS University (Montreal, Canada, 2015).
Leading the design of mega projects starting from establishing the soil testing and site characterization program, going through different design phases and ending by issue for tender design commitment packages in Canada as well around the globe.
