Summary
I always aspire towards a high standard in everything I do as I believe that actions inspire more than just words. Working with wine, one of the most complex and forever changing products, gave me the opportunity to acquire new skills, learn from different areas of knowledge, and adapt to working with a diverse group of experts. This is why integrating Sensory Science and Data Science into my Analytical Chemistry background has allowed to bring my work to a high level. I also believe that empathy, creativity and adaptability are traits that put a researcher one step above the rest.
