Summary
I am an aspiring computational biologist/data scientist who can promptly adapt to different environments, having the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams. Hard-work, passion and dedication is what drives my career. Being a goal-oriented and resilient researcher, I am currently seeking a new project which allows me to branch out into new fields where I can be at the interface between IT and life sciences. My aim is making use and refining my computational skills to become an even stronger asset to any company and/or research group.

"A data-driven workflow to enrich biomarkers annotation in untargeted metabolomics"
Chemometrics analysis of untargeted metabolomic data where I am developing my own Python library to wrap-up unsupervised and supervised machine learning algorithms (PCA, PLS...). Furthermore, network analysis of Recon2; aiming at annotating potential biomarkers based on MetaboRank suggestions.
