During the work, 19 solutions, 9 best practices (new procedures) were created (published already or in validation process now). By the number of publications, I am in the TOP-10 of the reservoir performance division for Q2 2021. Three service quality continuous improvement projects were carried out, which allowed to reduce the NPT (as a result of optimization, the operation that took one working shift was reduced to 10 minutes).
Under my mentorship, two trainees managed to complete scorecards, protect a mini-project and move to the next grade.

Main responsibilities:
1. Management:
1.1. Control over the inventory of equipment, search for suppliers, timely placement of orders necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory;
1.2. Leadership of the internal control system of works and samples, timely updating and distribution of tasks among the laboratory staff;
1.3. Adaptation and training of new personnel. Determining the optimal way to achieve the following grades;
1.4. Monitoring compliance with HSE and service quality standards of the company;
1.5. Conducting internal audits.

2. Operations:
2.1. PVT analysis of light and heavy oil, gas, condensate and reservoir water. Main equipment: BR PT cell, PVT express, EMS viscometer, Anton Paar densitometer, DBR gasometer;
2.2. Calibration and preparation of equipment for operation;
2.3. QAQC;
2.4. Improvement and development of analytical procedures.
