Production, purification and characterization of amylase from waste water of Saccharomyces cerevisae and Lactobacilus sp fermented cassava mash.

In this study, Amylase was successfully produced from cassava wastewater and the purified enzyme showed remarkable stability at temperatures and pH levels that suggest its application at the industrial scale.
