Summary
I am a recent graduate with MS of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Jagiellonian University Medical College (Krakow, Poland). During last 1.5 years I have been gaining experience in the field of computational medicinal chemistry and in silico drug design. I acquired knowledge and experience starting from master's thesis research and further during Erasmus research project in the Universita di Bari (Italy), research internship in the University of Eastern Finland, research volunteering in the Maj Institute of Pharmacology (Kraków, Poland). I worked with different programs for molecular docking, molecular dynamics, pharmacophore generation. I have basic skills of Python scripting and bash scripting, as well as work in Linux environment. Currently I am looking for PhD studies, where I could develop my skills and perform research, preferably involving molecular dynamics approach and machine learning.
