Summary
Geodesist Engineer with two years of stuides finished of Master in Hydrocarbon E&P Data Managemen with over 13 years of experience in the areas of modern satellite geodesy, physical geodesy, marine geodesy, cartography, remote sensing satellite, Geographic Information System GIS and Geomatics. Since 2007 I work for Petroleos of Venezuela SA where I have used data from remote sensing and GIS to support oil & gas business projects on land and sea in the in Venezuela as well its internationals projects for countries like Cuba, Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador and Jamaica, I have taken specialized courses in the areas of spectroscopy and hyperspectral imaging, Digital Image Processing, Radar interferometry, generation of digital elevation models, geomatics, Digital Cartography and GIS. Inter-institutional work for the activities carried out by the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the peaceful use of outer space, working directly in the China-Venezuela international technical committee for the Venezuelan Earth Observation Projects Miranda -VRSS- 1 and Sucre VRSS-2. Author and co-author of scientific papers from 2004 to 2015 in scientific journals such as Journal of Geodesy, Interciencia, Geodesy International Congress IAG and Geomatcis National Congress. Teaching activities as Facilitator 2012-2016 in the Diploma "Geomatics Applied to the Integral Management of Hydrocarbon Spills". Remote Sensing Leader at Oil and Gas E&P Projects Feb 2014 -
· Coordinate, recommend and decide the process of acquiring satellite, airborne images and any kind of remote sensing data to support national and international oil & gas projects of PDVSA.
· Interact with the team in all technical processes to generate value-added products from remote sensing and its integration with other geospatial data.
· Plan, lead and coordinate formal training.
· Propose ideas and suggestions for new technologies acquisition and data processing of remote sensing in exploration of hydrocarbons.

· Use of Remote Sensing Datasets onshore and offshore (Radar and Optical Satellite data) and its integration with geophysical, geological, environmental and meteorological data (wind speeds components velocities, sea currents, wave heights) for analysis of Venezuelan, Cuba and Jamaica sedimentary basins and support oil and gas exploration projects to minimize the risk exploration.
· Detection of spectral anomalies (vegetation, minerals, temperature and hydrocarbons) to identify potential hydrocarbon microseepages onshore, Guarico and Falcon Basins in Venezuela , using Airborne and Satellite data Multi and Hyperspectral datasets with the combination with radar image and multi geosciences variables like geology and geophysics.
· Geospatial Intelligence analysis for future oil and gas projects in Venezuela offshore.
· Use of satellite geotechnologies as a support tool for the determination of diagnostic minerals in the search for reserves of gold, diamonds, coltan and other strategic minerals. Support to determine areas of illegal mining". (Venezuela Orinoco Mining arc Project).

· Use of Remote Sensing Datasets in combination with geodetics surveys and another thematic products to support seismic surveys acquisitions at Maracaibo, Barinas-Apure and Oriental Oil Basins of Venezuela.
