- Contribute to in vivo efficacy studies in syngeneic breast cancer mouse models to evaluate tumor growth and survival following treatment.
- Generate dendritic cell-based vaccines from murine bone marrow-derived cells to enhance anti-tumor immune responses.
- Isolate RNA for downstream gene expression analyses.
