Summary

I currently hold the position of Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer). I received my PhD in 2018 from the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Babes-Bolyai University, Romania. Additionally, I have been recognized as one of the top 2% of scientists worldwide by Stanford in the field of AI for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. In 2021, I received the State Encouragement Award for the year 2020 in the field of Engineering Sciences from the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology in Egypt.

I have co-authored over 100 publications in peer-reviewed reputed journals and international conference proceedings. According to Google Scholar, my work has received over 7000 citations, and I have an H-index of 43 and an i10-index of 94. My research interests include Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Computational Intelligence.
