Summary
I deeply interested on the preparation, evaluation, and application of nonmaterial such; Chalcogenide d- element, metal oxides, Perovskite, and in hybrid with organic materials to get nanocomposite with highly activities. Application of these materials as a photo-catalysis in the Renewable energy (H2 & solar cell) is my interested. My research experience from the last 8 years has been involved with topics such as catalysis, and materials chemistry. Utilizing these wide ranges of experience I expect to make a significant contribution to the scientific society through my innovative plans. The results have been published in 11 scientific papers, with 110 citations (Scopus) and the h-index of 8. Five articles are cited as Q1 and three articles as Q2. I have one Egyptian patent and received high impact factor publication award from my institute. I've got several scientific missions through competitive grants to different countries; Azerbaijan, India, and China, which demonstrate my capacity for independent and leadership research qualities.

Responsibilities will to carry out the research in the field of semiconductor nanostructures and optoelectronic devices, main focusing on novel photovoltaic technology and solar-driving water splitting for hydrogen production. Furthermore prepare measure and evaluate the semiconductor nanostructures which will be used during this period. Cooperating supervise graduates, participating in the laboratory daily management and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities during this period was to carried out the research in the field of semiconductor nanostructures, synthesis, characterizations, and their applications in water splitting to enhancement the hydrogen production, which interpreter in a good publication (No. 15) in my publications. As I participated in the laboratory daily management and equipment maintenance.

Work was dealing with the “Growth and Characterization of thin films for solar cell application” Technological capacities studied in the Institute include; Close Spaced sublimation, chemical B ath Deposition electrochemical deposition, Physical Vapour Deposition, Magnetron sputtering and other methods. Advanced characterizations techniques are also available and include Confocal Luminescence and Raman Spectroscopy, Spectroscopic Ellipsometry, S canning P robe Microscopy, X RD, etc.

Hard worker, who has positive attitude at work, can analyze and handle work problems.
The Masters and PhD degrees have increased my ability in the research, data collecting and analysis.
At Russian Foundation Project and during my PhD time, I worked with people from different ethnicities, cultures and also different backgrounds of study subjects which made me more open-minded, added to my character a lot and definitely improved my communication skills with others and I learned how to work in multinational team.
The conferences I attended through my research career of more than 13 years in length now have in return broaden my knowledge and get myself aware with different research subjects and topics that others working on globally. It was also good chance to socialize and get to know about folks from different countries and their cultures, briefly it was fantastic way to communicate with others.
I used to work for different working hours what made me flexible, managing my time effectively and adaptable according to the work requirements.
Professional interests
I do have good ability to define research problems from a logical analysis of gaps in existing knowledge base. Able to write a research proposal, describing research questions and to express the academic ideas with suitable clarity due to the experience has been gained so far through my research work career.
Able to formulate hypotheses / research questions for the purpose of designing a research project.
Have in depth knowledge and understanding of appropriate techniques and their application where it can be applied through my research work.
Able to present academic work at seminars, meetings and conferences fluently and confidently and been able to respond clearly and persuasively to questions and comments at such occasions.
