About

Summary

As a passionate biotechnology researcher, I specialize in oral biology cancer biology, human genetics, and cellular signaling. I hold a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia, where I graduated with a GPA of 3.86/4.00. My thesis focused on the genetic polymorphisms associated with cleft lip and palate, particularly in the Indonesian population, which gave me an in-depth understanding of molecular genetics and genetic risk factors. My professional experience spans roles such as Assistant Medical Laboratory Technologist at Liaquat National Hospital, where I developed skills in clinical biochemistry, quality control, and laboratory management. My research studentship in molecular biology labs has trained me in PCR, gel electrophoresis, Sanger sequencing, CRISPR-Cas9, and cell culture, equipping me with a versatile lab skill set. Additionally, I have a solid foundation in bioinformatics, including R programming, protein interaction modeling, and molecular dynamics.

I am also an author on some research papers and book chapters, with my work presented in various international conferences. My professional journey is driven by a commitment to advancing biotechnology, and I am excited to contribute my expertise to innovative projects in life sciences. I am fluent in English, Urdu, and Pashto, with a basic proficiency in Indonesian, and I value collaboration in diverse and international research environments.
