About
Summary
I am Iryna Piestova, a young researcher from Scientific Centre for Aerospace Research of the Earth
(CASRE), National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kiev, PhD in engineering.
For the past years I have been working with wide variety of multispectral, thermal infrared and radar
remote sensing data. I have experience in data ordering/acquisition, pre-processing, atmospheric
correction, physical/biophysical parameters evaluation, thematic mapping, and scientific publication
preparing.
I have good skills in processing large amount of remote sensing data, methods and algorithms
development, as well as in results validation/verification.
Positions
Research scientist May 2018 -
Scientific Centre for Aerospace Research of the Earth (CASRE)
