In my current position I am working as  an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst. My day to day activities include file transfer monitoring, working and researching on the client escalations to provide correct and acceptable resolution. 

In addition to this, my work includes pro-active analytics on the type of errors to improve system capacity to process accurate and efficient data movement. If needed, investigation is required to review data failure and report the same to the review committee.

Further to this, I participate in client interface implementation activity to create/update data pipelines. I lead the regression testing for my department and if needed we provide testing coverage to other departments.  

Finally, Maintenance of SOPs and serving as a point of contact for the vendors.

In this role I conducted lectures, practical sessions and weekly exams to the both graduate (B.Sc. IT)  and post-graduate (M.Sc. IT) students. In addition to this, I provided supervision and assistance  to the dissertation (P.G) and projects (U.G) of the final year students. 

Other than teaching, I was involved in the department administration activities such as conducting university exams, external supervision, syllabus design etc. I was also a member of the university admission committee.

Two years post-graduate program taught entirely in English and concludes with the defense of the Dissertation. 

I joined to this post graduation program after having completed my Bachelors of Technology in Information Technology ( 4 year graduate program in Engineering field).

This masters degree consisted of four semesters in which first two semester included classroom training with practical sessions and other two semesters were for dissertation.
