Summary
I am an experienced Computational Fluid Dynamics and mechanical engineer with a passion for science and fluid mechanics in particular. I obtained the body of knowledge of these fields first in Barcelona, at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and after that in the University of California at Irvine (UCI). At UCI I obtained a MS degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (studying various areas of fluid mechanics) thanks to the Balsells Fellowship I was awarded.
After that, I continued learning and developing several skills working during more than twelve years as a CFD and mechanical engineer. During this period I focused in the areas of aerodynamics, structural analysis, acoustics, laboratory testing and also in the design of test equipment, obtaining an extensive engineering background.
