About
Summary
I joined PhD ( Nov. 2014) at SISSA institute (Trieste, Italy) in Neurobiology department. PhD research mainly focused on homology model development of membrane proteins and their investigation through coarse-grained molecular dynamics, and development of coarse-grained force field parameters for the small molecules. I completed my MS (June 2013) from NIPER, Mohali.
I pursued MS in PharmacoInformatics discipline. During MS, I dealt with different techniques like Homology Modelling, PKPD modelling, Molecular Dynamics, Molecular Docking, Pharmacophore generation, Virtual Screening and 3D QSAR studies. Working in a good scientific environment on various projects adds international publications in my research profile.
