I am a highly enthusiastic professional and seeking a Job in Biological Sciences as it will be an indeed honor for me to become a part of your prestigious institute by availing this opportunity of research in my area of interest being bestowed by your Institute. I have more than 04 years of research experience in Lab as an Expression Analysis of different Genes, Polymerase Chain Reaction (Nested- PCR and RT-PCR), DNA, RNA & Protein isolation, SDS-PAGE, Nano-drop & Western Blotting. Microbial techniques like Gram Staining, ZN staining, Microscopic identification, Culture, and sensitivity test, identification through Biochemical testing. I did my Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad and my Master’s degree in Molecular Pathology and Genomics from Forman Christian College Lahore, Pakistan. Now, I’m doing a Ph.D. in Pathology and Pathophysiology from Zhengzhou University Henan, China. My professional education in different medical Laboratory Techniques and hands-on experience has given me a solid base upon which I plan to apply for Job.
Strong aptitude with Bioinformatics tools like Snap gene, Chroma’s and Primer Designing and MS Office packages like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint along with EndNote and SPSS helps me in the decent and organized representation of my work. Using this experience, I can effectively manage, perform, develop and maintain a database.
I want to elevate my research skills by achieving the opportunity to work with the highly qualified and experienced scientists at your Institute as the research area catered by your distinguished Institute is very interesting and I really want to become a part of this position as an optimistically positive and competitive candidate.
I am always very adept, cooperative, and ready to lend a hand and offer suggestions in group work. I can also work independently meeting all the project deadlines on time. I am very enthusiastic and ambitious to gain educational opportunities with very vigorous interpersonal and presentation skills. My research and writing skills have been well developed over the past four years and my communication skills were further enhanced by the experiences.
