-Conducting DNA sequencing and qPCR on client-requested samples, and developing a magnetic bead- based purification method for PCR products used in DNA sequencing.
-Developing experimental research, designing primers, developing methods to identify species from unknown samples, and detecting gene mutations (e.g., BRCA) using molecular biology techniques.
-Preparing daily reagents and solutions of kits are used to molecular biology.

-in vitro regeneration of ’Cynomorium songaricum', cultivated and evaluated callus cultures and seed germination under various hormone-modified media conditions.
-Molecular analysis of stress-induced genes in Zygophyllum potaninii Maxim., where I studied biochemical activity, gene expression under drought stress and analyzed microRNA expression in callus tissues during stress conditions. The research article is currently in the process of publication.
