Key responsibility
● Worked as a QC Microbiologist at Nordic BioAnalysis AB (NBAB) under GMP and ISO system.
● Established a microbiology laboratory at NBAB company and organized a microbiology laboratory.
● Conducted microbiological analysis of raw materials, end products, and purified water according to established methods and specifications under pharmacopeia methods for determining of bioburden, aerobic, anaerobic, and the total number of pathogens.
● Wrote standard operating procedures (SOPs) including methods, validation, instrument calibrations, troubleshooting, and operating procedures for all equipment and writing reports and handling of deviations.

Project title: CD4+ T cell expressing co-inhibitory receptors TIGIT, PD-1, and 2B4 despite initially antiretroviral treatment in HIV infected individuals.
Key responsibility
● Measuring and detection of co-inhibitory receptor TIGIT by using a multicolor flow cytometer.
● FlowJo of elite control showed normal expression like healthy control in HIV infected CD4+ T cells.

Key responsibility
● Treated CLL cells with DPN showed an anti-proliferative effect of ERβ agonists with significantly inhibited growth of CLL cells.
● The expression of ERβ mRNA was measured using RT-PCR.
● ER-beta was highly expressed compared to ERa in CLL cells.
