A job contract of five months for studying the activation pathway of FGFR3, using cell transfection (HEK and RCS cell lines) with wild-type and FGFR3 mutant plasmids, and then analyzing the effect of the mutation on the protein expression of key molecules of the pathway.
PhD Student Sep 2011 - Oct 2015
Postdoctoral position with a 4-year fellowship. The issue of the study was to analyze the role of the Endocannabinoid System in the regulation of the metabolic activity of the skeletal muscle, using in vivo (mouse and rat) and in vitro (C2C12 cell line) models.
The methodology used was mainly gene and protein analysis, including RT-PCR, western blot, immunocytochemistry and 2D-electrophoresis.
During the PhD, I also worked in other projects at brain level, employing this methodology and immunohistochemistry.
