Overseeing Production, Planning, Process control, maintenance, environmental management, manpower management.
Looked after the milling job and processing of uranium ore to produce the  uranium in the form of Magnesium Di-Uranate (Popularly known as Yellow Cake)
Worked in crushing section and handled the equipments like Jaw crusher, Cone crusher, screens, etc.
Looked after grinding section to grind uranium ore through a set of rod mill and ball mill with design grinding capacity of 4500 TPD.
Handled the horizontal belt filter unit having filtration area of 83 m2 with a capacity of 171 m2/hr. (Neutral Filtration) and 43 m2/hr. (Acidic Filtration).
Controlling and maintaining the process parameter in leaching, precipitation and drying unit within its limits and increase the recovery of U3O8.
Handling the process of Ion exchange and its critical parameters.
Documentation and procurement of raw materials like Flocculating Agent, Filter Aid, Resin, Limestone, Burnt Lime, etc.
Inventory control of raw materials in plant.
Currently, Section In-charge of Reagent Production, Slurry Neutralization, Tailings and Slime Disposal, Slime Dam and Decant (Effluent) Water Treatment Plant, Sand Generation Unit and Water Treatment Plant handling 100+ departmental and contractual employees
Installation and commissioning of the new Burnt Lime Slaking Unit and fixing its control parameter to minimize the consumption of Burnt Lime.
Currently handling the commissioning of Magnetite Recovery Plant.

Participated in many events like Debate, Essay Writing, Paper Presentation, Athletics and Sports events and have won many accolades.
Won GOLD MEDAL for my exemplary academic performance at college level.
