Organic Synthesis, computer based drug design, and in vitro evaluation of novel compounds for use in the treatment of primary hyperaxoluria type 1 (PH1). I'm collaborating as a medicinal chemist in the synthesis of the novel Protein degraders (PD), hydrophobic tags (HyTs). For so long I have been specialized in molecular dynamic simulation an molecular modeling studies focus on drug design, proin studies an drug delivery but in recent years I am working as a medicinal chemist doing chemical synthesis of small molecules for cancer and PH1.
