For the Science HR project (https://www.science.hr/), we are advertising a business development / sales position.
Science HR is a career network for scientists and engineers in academia and industry. It is used by thousands of researchers around the world to find their next job.
For this platform we are looking for someone to engage in the following activities:
- research and compile a list of potential clients, organisations interested in using our paid services, primarily advertising of job openings
- establish communication with potential clients and inform them about the services we offer
- maintain good relationship with clients
In short, the goal is to grow and upscale the project, in terms of content, business relationships and revenue.
Candidate requirements
Excellent written English is required.
For this position, you wouldn't have to be located on-site in Heidelberg, Germany, but are expected to work from a home office.

We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to developing web applications for scientists and engineers.
