Description

Your duties would be research and support on: • magnetic resonance (MR) imaging in a Bruker BioSpec 7T small animal MRI system; • changing our MRI system’s software and hardware to use it for magnetic actuation, localization, wireless communication and remote powering of miniature medical devices and robots inside an MRI; • ultrasound-based imaging, actuation, power transfer and drug delivery type of medical applications; • fluoroscopy (x-ray) imaging; • positron emission tomography (PET) imaging (also simultaneously with MRI imaging); • design and implementation of therapeutic and diagnostic medical functions for miniature medical robots using external magnetic fields, acoustic waves and light.
