Science HR offers paid job posts starting at 225 EUR (275 USD), with the most popular option being Standard Plus at 450 EUR (550 USD), which includes enhanced visibility and social media sharing. A unique feature of the platform is that all paid job posts remain online until the application deadline, ensuring maximum exposure for advertised positions.
In addition, Science HR still provides a Basic (Free) posting option for organisations without a hiring budget, typically universities and public research institutions. Free posts remain online for 30 days and can be upgraded at any time. While free postings are accessible, paid options receive significantly higher visibility, and we recommend using them whenever possible, especially to benefit from the longer listing duration mentioned above.
Flexible Solutions Introduced in 2025
To support organisations that post content regularly, Science HR introduced two important features in 2025, which will continue in 2026:
- Job Post Packages – Organisations can purchase discounted packages when posting multiple jobs. We currently offer three different packages, with savings of up to 30% compared to individual job posts, providing excellent value for institutions with recurring recruitment needs.
- Prepaid Accounts – This payment option allows organisations to deposit funds in advance and use them flexibly for job postings, event listings, and article publishing. Prepaid accounts are particularly convenient for large organisations, streamlining the publishing process and enabling access to volume discounts.
