About

Summary

I obtained my PhD in 2016. I have more than three years of experience in university teaching and in-depth knowledge of primary sources, as I worked as a support professional at the National Administration Archive (an institution that keeps documents of the Chilean government and the Chilean state from the 20th century). I research from an inter-trans-multidisciplinary Social History, looking for theoretical and methodological tools in sociology, anthropology and other social sciences. I developed this in my doctoral thesis and in my publications on the History of the Chilean Family (19th and 20th centuries). I specialised in Latin American History by studying courses with internationally renowned foreign historians. I am looking for a position to generate instances of research collaboration with other colleagues. I have a "research project bank" on Chile and Latin American History.  I am a highly creative person (MBTI personality INTJ), with a high capacity for concentration and problem solving. I have control and calmness under pressure and in complex situations, as well as long term planning. At work I like to reach agreements based on respect and trust with my colleagues.
